What is an SVG (Scaleable Vector Graphic) file?

SVG files are art files that can be used by several different programs. The cuttable SVG files that we include in our products are created solely for the purpose of being used by programs such as Make The Cut!, Sure Cuts Alot, and other programs designed for digital cutting machines that support the SVG file format.

What do I need to cut out the art I purchased from CraftyScrapping.com?

All you need is a digital cutter such as the KNK Zing or the Silhouette Cameo and software that can import SVG files such as Make-the-Cut! or Sure Cuts Alot.

What software do you recommend?

We highly recommend Make-The-Cut! as it is extremely powerful and easy to use. Their support is top-notch and the community is excellent. If your current software has the ability to import SVG files you should have no problem using our artwork.

What cutting machines do you recommend?

We highly recommend the Zing by Klik-N-Kut ($399). It's a very powerful and durable cutter (95% is metal). We also recommend the Silhouette Cameo ($299.99). While we like these cutters, our files have been tested to work on other cutters as well.

What do I get with my purchase?

All of our bundles are digital downloads. They are compressed using into a ZIP file. Each zip file contains the individual SVG files for each element pictured in the collection purchased. You will also receive a PDF file that contains a legend of the included files that you purchased.

I need assistance placing an order or downloading my purchase.

Are there any restrictions to using the artwork?

Digital files & artwork purchased through CraftyScrapping.com come with the following rights / restrictions:

• Purchases are for your use only in your own creations. Do not give / sell our digital files to others, either in part or in whole.
• Do not claim any artwork purchased on CraftyScrapping.com as your own original artwork.
• Do not use the artwork in any form of digital media. e.g. they cannot be used for website graphics, as avatars, etc.
• Do not upload the artwork in any form (original or altered) to any file sharing websites, or use with file sharing software / networks (e.g. p2p networks such as BitTorrent).
• Convex Media, LLC (owners of CraftyScrapping.com) owns all rights to the images sold on the CraftyScrapping.com website.

If you do use our artwork in your projects, we do appreciate any credit given, however not necessary.
