Ordering Problems - Clearing Browser Cookies


If you are having problems ordering, then you may need to clear your browser cookies first.

For Microsoft Internet Explorer:

  • Click on the "Tools" menu.
  • Click on "Internet Options."
  • Bring up the "General" tab.
  • Under "Browsing History," click the "Delete..." button.
    (IE 8 Users: make sure "Cookies" is checked, then press "Delete...")
  • Under "Delete Cookies," click the "Delete Cookies..." button.
  • Click "Yes" on the pop up window.
  • Click the "Close" buttons on the remaining windows.
  • Go to bottom of this page for the next step, "After Cookies are Removed."

For FireFox:

  • Click on the "Tools" menu.
  • Click on "Options..."
  • Click the "Show Cookies..." button.
  • Click the "Remove All Cookies" button.
  • Go to bottom of this page for the next step, "After Cookies are Removed."

For Safari:

  • Click on the "Edit" menu.
  • Click on the "Preferences..." option.
  • On the popup, click "Security" at the top.
  • Click the button "Show Cookies."
  • Click the button "Remove All."
  • When asked if you are sure, click "Remove All."
  • Close the pop-ups.

After Cookies Removed:

Once you have completed these steps, you must shut down and restart your browser. Then, return to this site, CraftyScrapping.com, and click any purchase link: Buy Make the Cut!™.
